Assistant Professor of Languages and Literatures of the Pre-modern Islamic World
The Department of Asian Languages and Civilizations at the University of Colorado Boulder invites applications for a tenure-track appointment as Assistant Professor of Languages and Literatures of the Pre-modern Islamic World to begin August 2014. Candidate should have research expertise in medieval Islam and its literatures and cultures with proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Arabic, Persian, Hindi/Urdu. Candidates should have the PhD in hand prior to the start of the appointment.
