Summer Session Teaching Appointment Procedures

• Letter of Offer Template for Faculty (opens in Word) NOTE: Prior to sending the letter to Meredith for Dean Nishikawa’s signature, please be sure that the following steps have been completed:
  1. Accompanying entry in the budget portal has been approved
  2. Background check, if applicable, has been completed
  3. Letter has both the chair and candidate signatures

  The deadline for faculty letters of offer to be received by Meredith is a week prior to the start date of each term.
